Yellowish white with golden reflections in the glass. Aromas of herbs and grassy notes, with delicate hints of citrus fruit. Fresh herbs on the palate, juicy vegetal notes in combination with yellow berries and present minerality. Delicately creamy on the palate with a pleasant, fresh acidity structure.

Metanoia is our first wine certified with regenerative agriculture, a very important milestone for us. Metanoia, in its literal greek meaning, denotes a moment when a change of course occurs. a point where one direction is left behind to embark on a new one.

This concept represents the commitment of those who, as producers, choose to start a new path that leaves our small part of the world full of life.

The greater biodiversity of microorganisms in our regenerated soils allows the vine to have greater access to minerals, providing it with more balanced nutrition. The development of the vineyard slows down, the vine cycle is lengthened and the alcoholic and phenolic maturation is slower and more even, allowing us to harvest the grapes at their maximum quality potential.
