White Wine Moreno y Cabezón

TASTING NOTE

Moreno y Cabezón stands out for its straw yellow colour and its aromas of white and citrus flowers with hints of almonds and very subtle vanilla.
In the mouth it is enveloping, dry and fresh. It has a lively acidity.

A natural wine grown according to the rules of regenerative viticulture. After a short maceration at a controlled fermentation temperature, the wine matured in concrete tanks on the fine lees with weekly batonnage. The wine then matured for a further three months in new 500-liter oak and acacia wood barrels, which gave the white wine its complex, elegant structure and subtle vanilla aroma. The finished wine was bottled gently and unfiltered without a stressful stabilization process in order to preserve its minerality and authenticity.
